Emma Attschwager has written an article on the Plans for four-storey apartments along the Torrens at St Peters, Joslin, Royston Park, Marden and Felixstow in the Eastern Courier Messenger.

St Peters Residents Association spokeswoman Evonne Moore said residents were worried about the effect of multi-storey buildings on neighbouring properties.

"We're concerned about the overshadowing and overlooking and the bulk and scale of the new apartments," Ms Moore said.

She was also concerned about the council's consultation process.

"Most of the residents don't know about these changes," she said.
