Dunstan State Election 2026 - Meet the Candidates

On 21st of March 2026, a state election will be held. For the residents of Dunstan, it's about the future of our community and our place!
The St Peters Residents Association in co-ordination with other residents groups has organised a meet the candidates forum on Wednesday 4th of March at the St Peters Banquet Hall, St Peters Street, St Peters. Each candidate will have to address issues of concern such as loss of amenity, high rise development and urban infill.

Candidates

The following candidates have indicated their intention to attend:

• Anna Finizio - Liberal Party
• Christel Mex - The Greens
• Cressida O'Hanlon - Labor Party

Forum Details

You are invited to attend a forum to meet the candidates. and ask questions, including on topics such as:

• traffic congestion
• cost of living and house prices
• demolition of 19th centurary heritage
• loss of significant trees
• loss of historic character
• over-development
