InDaily - Two Apartment Towers in Kent Town

InDaily have published an article by Helen Karakulak titled Historic Kent Town pub to pour again, flanked by new housing towers.

SPRA are concerned that 235 on-site car parks for the 211 apartments is inadequate and notes that NPSP council's On-Street Parking Policy places the development in the Mixed Use Higher Density zone which means that resident's parking has only a medium priority.

InDaily have published an article about a high-rise development of nearly 200 apartments in twin tower blocks of 14 and 15 storeys is set to be built behind a closed state heritage listed hotel in Kent Town, after the project was approved by the state’s planning panel.
